Project Summary:
Mobil Producing Nigeria limited executed this project under the Field Wide AS-built to provide as-built data for the Idoho complex consisting of the Quarters, Production and Wellhead platform. Project Summary:
CNL decided to route a couple of pipes on a pipe rack from one end of the Escravos Tank Farm to the Gas Plant. Underground and topside survey was required to generate data to be used for the FEED of this project. Ariosh was contacted to perform the top side survey using Laser Scanning.

Project Summary:
MPN executed this project to provide correct and complete as-built on two of her satellite wellhead platforms. The as-built were required in the shortest time frame to support one of her revamp and retrofit projects. Ariosh was requested to combine 3D Laser scanning and traditional work processes to produce the required as-built drawings. These integrity critical drawings are not limited to: P&IDs, PFDs, Piping layouts, Piping Elevations, Instrument Block Diagrams, Feasible Block diagrams, Equipment layout, Equipment elevation, HACs, SFPs, and SDVs etc

Project: Prism 3D Laser Software Training
Project Summary:
Ariosh was requested to provide laser scan data training for Mobil Producing Nigeria Limited and ILF engineer, her engineering contractor to effectively use laser scan data as a site visit replacement. The training was focused on

• Data extraction: obtaining coordinates, tie-point identification, pipe, flanges and fittings identification, steel members identification etc.

Project: Conversion of Well Logs and Drawings in Paper format to Digital Format
Project Summary:
MPN had some document they wanted to convert from paper format to digital format for easier storage and distribution. The document included hardcopy drawings and well logs obtained during drilling.

For the Drawing conversion Ariosh:

• used the  Contex Chroma XL 42 wide format scanner to generate raster files from the hardcopy drawing,
• Used the GTX Image CAD and TracTrix software to convert the raster files to vector files.

For the well logs Ariosh:

• Used the NeuraLog suite of advanced software and hardware well log digitizing solution to scan log data. NeuraLog transforms scanned paper images into usable computer data.
