Ariosh is an Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) Company with close to two decades of experience in upstream oil & gas projects in the West Africa sub-region.

We are the company of choice to many major operators and asset owners, with a track record of consistently delivering successful projects. We have invested in world-class facilities and gained a deep knowledge of the communities where we operate. We continually invest in our personnel through training and transfer of technical knowledge, enhancing our strategic local capacity development.

Ariosh delivers engineering design solutions at every stage of the asset life cycle, ranging from conceptual studies to FEED, detailed engineering design and follow-on. We have a global network of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), buying houses, & authorized distributors of oil & gas equipment, enabling us to deliver cost-effective, quality procurement solutions on schedule.

Ariosh engineering and construction teams have widely diversified experience in fabrication and installation, and work with partners that further extend our local capabilities.

We deliver deepwater EPCI services involving SURF (Subsea structures, Umbilicals, Risers & Flowlines) and LOF (Life-of-Field) projects by collaborating with our subsea partners. Our life-of-field work includes Inspection, Maintenance & Repair (IMR), integrity management, and remote intervention.

Ola Oshe
Ola Oshe – Managing Director

B.Eng. | MBA | MNSE | COREN

Ola has more than 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry and over 25 years experience in company board management. Since inception, he has led the company through strategic partnerships and growth within its core activities. He has an outstanding track record in managing major capital EPCI projects. He served in various capacities at Hewlett Packard an American multinational cooperation for 4 years championing various developments before joining Ariosh full time in 1997.

His visionary leadership, passion for corporate excellence and quality service delivery are the driving force behind Ariosh’s remarkable growth in the past 17 years. He is a stickler for safe and ethical practices, who would spare no effort in achieving 100% client satisfaction.

Ola holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and has a Master of Business Administration from Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management, Houston, Texas, USA.


Gbenga Oshe
Gbenga Oshe – Chief Operating Officer

LL.B, | B.L, Law

Gbenga has adept knowledge of the Nigerian oil and gas environment, having played key roles in the execution of several million-dollar projects. He has served on the Ariosh board of directors since its inception in 1997 and has been responsible for developing business strategies and company positioning.

He builds and maintains business relationships with our clients, ensuring that they receive the customized service they need. His ability to accurately evaluate risks and potentials; seamlessly integrate new ventures with company objectives and his aptness at discerning partners' needs and goals, have been an asset to the company and clients.

He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Obafemi Awolowo University.


Bako Adegboyega
Bako Adegboyega – General Manager

B.Eng. | MSc | MPMI | IET | MSPE

Bako is General Manager Operations at Ariosh.

He was appointed to this position in February 2013, having served as the company's Operations Manager since 2005. He is an accomplished management professional having over 10 years’ industry experience of managing high level assignments in various disciplines including Project Management, General Management, Estimation, Strategizing, Subcontracting and Construction.

He directs the day-to-day Operations of Ariosh towards the realization of corporate visions & targets.

He holds a MS with honors in Engineering Project Management from University of Manchester, UK and a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Ilorin, Nigeria


Billy Graham
Billy Graham – Director of Construction

Billy has over 35 years experience in execution of major construction projects in the oil and gas industry; 25 of those years were spent delivering projects in Nigeria. Prior to joining Ariosh, he was General Manager of Fabrication at NigerDock and Grinaker LTA Construction Nigeria and was pivotal in the setting up the Grinaker fabrication yard – one of the largest fabrication yards in Nigeria. In Nigeria alone, Billy has delivered multiple EPC projects worth up to $700 million.


Segun Ipinmoroti
Segun Ipinmoroti – Corporate Development Manager

B.Sc. | ISACA

Segun is a corporate development professional with 12 years experience focused on corporate branding, strategic planning and business negotiation in all aspects of EPCI.

Previously he served as Manager, Business Development, and was appointed to this position when he rejoined Ariosh in July 2011 after a successful career working on Systems and Process Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte. Segun was previously employed by Ariosh in 2003, where he held various leadership positions, the last being business development specialist.

Segun identifies and strategically assesses opportunities to create long-term value and creates plans to pursue them in line with Ariosh corporate objectives. He is a master at customer relationship management, market analysis and long-term relationship management.


Yusuf Alege
Yusuf Alege – Technical Manager

B.Eng. | MSc | MNSE | COREN

Yusuf is a chartered professional engineer with over 10 years’ EPIC experience. In his role as Technical Manager, he leads a multidiscipline engineering office which consists of process, instrumentation & control, Electrical, Mechanical, Piping, Pipeline Civil/Structural, Subsea and Technical Safety Engineering Teams with consistent record of successful project delivery. Having worked on many major capital projects, Yusuf brings a wealth of experience covering Onshore and offshore (topside and Subsea) oil and gas facilities.

Yusuf holds a MS with distinction in Offshore Engineering from University of Newcastle, UK and a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Ilorin. He is a certified IRCA Quality Management System Auditor.


Kehinde Adeyemi
Kehinde Adeyemi – Program Manager

B.Eng. | MNSE | COREN

With over a decade industry experience managing engineering and construction projects, Kehinde possesses a sound knowledge of safety procedures and work processes required to achieve operational excellence in the Nigerian oil and gas sector. He is responsible for the overall quality of project deliverables and ensures that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule in line with clients' expectations.

When appointed Program Manager in 2011, he drew the strategic lines and launched the execution of the NLNG Asset Improvement Project; a game changing solution for Nigeria LNG Limited.

He holds a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Civil Engineering.


Wendy Abu
Wendy Abu – Human Resources Manager

Wendy was appointed Human Resources Manager and Manpower-Resourcing Specialist in 2010 with proven HR strategy development and implementation in the Oil & Gas industry. The highly talented professional team of Ariosh employees is testimony to her ability to spot and recruit top talent and winners.

She brings on a comprehensive experience with a broad range of HR expertise including Employee Relations Management, Manpower Planning, Compensation Management, Benefit Administration, Talent sourcing, Succession Planning, Training and Development. She’s responsible for the overall strategy and delivery of all human resources activities.


Abolade Olawoyin
Abolade Olawoyin – Finance Manager

B.Sc. | MBA | ACCA | NIM

Abolade oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal audit and tax functions at Ariosh. Abolade has over 8 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry building and leading finance teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity.

Prior to joining Ariosh, he was an award-winning consultant at Deloitte where he served in numerous financial roles, managed clients tax compliance and provided advisory for finance and tax management.

Abolade holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Lagos and Bachelors Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. He is an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
