Developing Local Capacity

By prioritizing local recruitment in the communities where we operate, Ariosh has a meaningful social economical impact across the local communities where we operate. More than 70% of our employees are native Nigerians, and the rest represent a hugely diverse, international population.

Another manifestation of our commitment to developing our local capacity, all international team members are involved in our continuous knowledge transfer program. Highly skilled and motivated individuals bestow their global experience on their colleagues, furthering the development of native Nigeria engineers.

In addition, foreign nationals have rich opportunities to share their knowledge with local communities through partnerships with universities and specialist schools.
